Great location with views of the Eiffel Tower and close to Champs-Elysees. Excellent breakfast and accommodating staff.

Felt safe, nothing too much trouble.

We were delighted with the traditional French decor of our room, giving it a charming atmosphere. The bathroom was well-maintained and we were provided with fresh towels every day. The staff were friendly and the concierges were knowledgeable and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the happy hour drinks in the lounge. The breakfast was beautifully presented and the omelette was a must-try. Despite a minor issue with the shower leaking onto the floor, we had a comfortable stay at Hotel Balzac.

The location was perfect, just steps away from the famous avenue and iconic landmarks. We had a fine room with a fantastic view of the city, including a glimpse of a famous attraction. We stayed at a 5-star hotel in Paris and were thoroughly delighted with the exclusive amenities it offered. From the picturesque view to the sparkling clean and spacious room, we were pampered like never before. the special diet menus served at the restaurant were a treat, and the buffet breakfast was outstanding. the staff was attentive and prompt in catering to every request that we had. the hotel's location was an added advantage, with easy access to popular attractions.

We did face a minor issue with the air conditioning not working at its optimal capacity. Despite the staff's efforts to fix it, it persisted, making the room slightly uncomfortable.

Cons: There was only one slight issue with my stay; the chips and stains in the bathroom needed updating and repair. this had a minimal impact on my overall experience of this luxurious hotel.
